Meet the Managing Director
He has also served, inter alia, as Programme Assurance Manager for Railway Line Upgrades and Extension Projects at London Underground; Business Manager for planning and delivery of Train Service Change Programmes; Project Manager for the Victoria Line Track Renewal Project, UK; Construction Manager on the Bonny Export Terminal Project, Onne, Rivers State; and Construction Manager on the Lagos Shoreline Rehabilitation Project. The experience of Engr. Sijuwade in cognate field of engineering, business management, and Project Management consultancy is impacting most significantly on the fortunes of the oldest parastatal in Nigeria, Nigerian Railway Corporation, as it goes through total and aggressive repositioning for improved productivity. Engr. Sijuwade is happily married with three kids. He was appointed MD/CEO (NRC) on 27th July, 2009.

Engr. Adeseyi Sijuwade - Ag. Managing Director/CEO (Nigerian Railway Corporation) holds a Bsc in Civil Engineering from University of Lagos and an MBA from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. A chartered Civil Engineer of repute and Project Management Consultant with over 20 years of sterling experience in the field of engineering, particularly in Railways. Engr. Sijuwade was appointed Client Project Director of the Lagos - Kano Railway Modernization Project following his relocation from the UK in February, 2007.
